What you may not do with OnyxDine, how we respond when it happens, and how to report abuse involving the platform.
Depending on severity and history, we may: warn you and ask for correction within a set time; remove or disable specific content; suspend messaging, a feature, or the whole account; or terminate the account. Where possible we tell you what happened and why, and give you a chance to respond, except where doing so would cause harm or is prohibited by law. Serious criminal activity is reported to authorities. Fees for a period in which the account was terminated for abuse are not refunded.
If you believe we acted in error, reply to the notice or email hello@onyxdine.com, subject "Abuse appeal", within 14 days. A different person from the one who made the decision reviews it and answers within 5 business days.
To report a restaurant, message, website or other content on the platform: hello@onyxdine.com, subject "Abuse report", with the restaurant name or URL and a description. Security vulnerabilities go to subject "Security" (see Security). We acknowledge within 2 business days and act on valid reports within 5. Reports can be anonymous; we don't share reporter details with the reported party.
We disclose account data to authorities only under a valid Canadian legal process, or where required to prevent imminent harm. Where the law allows, we notify the affected customer.
