How to report content on OnyxDine — a restaurant's menu, photos, name or website — that you believe infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property.
Restaurants using OnyxDine upload their own menus, photos, logos and website content. Onyx Enterprises hosts that content but doesn't create it. If you believe something hosted on the platform infringes rights you hold, this is how to tell us and what we'll do.
Email hello@onyxdine.com with the subject "IPR complaint" and include:
A restaurant whose content is disabled may send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why the content is authorised or not infringing, with contact details and consent to jurisdiction of the courts of Montréal. We forward it to the complainant; unless they tell us within 10 business days that they've started legal proceedings, we may restore the content.
Knowingly false complaints or counter-notices may make you liable for costs and damages. We may ignore complaints that are incomplete, abusive or repeated without new information.
